High school diploma- or GED required
Previous customer service, call center or administrative experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Computer proficiency, including email, data entry, and navigating multiple systems
Ability to mulitask and manage time effectively in fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
