Job Summary and Qualifications
Overall Description: The Call Center Supervisor is the primary point of contact for new and existing patients seeking to schedule appointments with our providers.

What Qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION:
Graduate from a recognized training facility for medical assistants, and course-work in health care office management are preferred.
Additional appropriate experience as a Medical Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required. A minimum of one-year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting is required.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
No license requirements
