Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)

Kelly Services has partnered with a premier company located in Stoughton, MA to find a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and wants to grow with a mission-driven organization.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for customers in a company program, providing important program information, clarifying documentation requirements, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Make outbound calls to PCA program customers (consumers, surrogates, and personal care attendants)
+ Provide clear and accurate program information
+ Work collaboratively with Consumer Relations staff to address customer needs
+ Accurately perform data entry using Microsoft Office tools
+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reporting procedures
What You Bring:
+ 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
+ Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
+ Ability to work professionally and compassionately with diverse populations
+ Dependability, punctuality , and a team-oriented attitude
+ High attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
+ High School Diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
+ Bilingual abilities are a plus!
