About the Role
Broadway Ventures is hiring a Call Center / Customer Service Representative to support a high-priority, short-term outreach effort on a Medicaid healthcare program. This is a "white glove" service role — not high-volume commodity call center work. You'll be assigned your own cases and own them through completion: reaching out to healthcare providers, guiding them through enrollment and revalidation steps, and helping clear a processing backlog. It's a fast-paced, higher-touch role for people who take pride in following a case all the way to the finish line. This position requires U.S. citizenship.
