Overview:

Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Pay: $18–$21/hour + Weekly Bonus


Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
    • or
  • Saturday–Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Training Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Duration: Approximately 60–90 days

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Dayton, OH call center team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our Maintenance Agreement Members and prospective customers by providing solutions, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively listen to customer needs and clarify information as needed
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and team members
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience required
  • 1+ year of Call Center experience preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or in the home services industry is a plus
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, email, CRM/CMS systems preferred)
