Job Title: Call Center Coordinator
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Call Center Coordinator to support scheduling, communication, and lead management. This role is essential in coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth communication between customers, consultants, and branch offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with customers for branch offices
- Manage and maintain multiple calendars
- Notify Moving Consultants of appointments via phone or email
- Accurately document tasks and update records
- Assist branches with managing and tracking sales leads
- Utilize multiple computer systems to coordinate various aspects of international moves
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
