Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Compensation: pay $26.00/hr ; benefits available after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year

Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Highlights:

  • Direct hire
  • On-site position in Lincoln, RI
  • Schedule options:
    • Tuesday–Friday 7:55 AM–4:55 PM and Saturday 8:55 AM–5:55 PM
    • Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Must be flexible to work the schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed

Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Responsibilities

  • Assist clients through incoming calls related to credit and short-term lending needs
  • Ask probing questions to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products/services/solutions
  • Address customer questions/concerns and provide customized solutions
  • Support servicing and sales opportunities (ex: credit cards, checking/savings, lending needs)
  • Create a positive client experience through active listening and clear communication
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate partners when needed
  • Follow required processes and use available tools to help manage risk

Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speak, write, read)
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing feedback/coaching
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology/processes
  • Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Attendance mandatory first 90 days

Call Center Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Banker Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center and/or banking/financial services experience
  • Sales experience (upsell/cross-sell/referrals)
  • Experience supporting high client volume (phone/chat/video)
