What You'll Do

- Provide basic administrative support as needed
Who You Are
- A clear communicator and active listener
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and call center software
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time and part-time roles available
