Call Center Account Representative

Required Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
Experience answering back-to-back phone calls
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Positive attitude and cooperative work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience handling healthcare benefits inquiries
Prior experience in claims resolution or customer education
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in customer service within health-related fields is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be able to handle back-to-back calls efficiently
Willingness to assist with training new hires and cover various duties as needed
Ability to work Monday-Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm
