• 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience repairing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting analytical laboratory instrumentation
• Knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry systems including HPLC, UPLC, GC/MS, and LC/MS
• Experience with instrumentation calibration, validation, testing, and preventative maintenance
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform system diagnostics, communication testing, and equipment verification
• Experience working with laboratory, scientific, or analytical equipment
• Strong documentation, organizational, and customer communication skills
• Ability to manage service activities independently and escalate complex issues when needed
