The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Calibration Technicians. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning calibration equipment.
  • Document calibration results and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement calibration procedures for new and existing equipment.
  • Analyze calibration data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and internal procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, mechanical engineering technology) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience performing calibration, maintenance, or repair of test and measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and calibration procedures.
  • Strong understanding of metrology principles, measurement uncertainty, and calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI Z540).
  • Experience with various types of calibration equipment, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, pressure, and temperature standards.
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot calibration software and automated calibration systems.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with automated calibration systems.
  • ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) certification.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to interpret and apply advanced metrology concepts.
  • Experience with Gage Management software (e.g., IndySoft, GAGEtrak).
