Akkodis is seeking a Calibration Technician -3rd shift for a Contract to Hire with a client in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate with experience performing calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic test and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
Rate Range: $27/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Calibration Technician -3rd shift Job Responsibilities include:
Perform calibration of electronic test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment using established procedures, primary standards, and measurement systems.
Troubleshoot and repair instruments and equipment to the component level, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Analyze technical issues, perform maintenance activities, and resolve equipment-related problems returned by customers for service.
Maintain accurate calibration records, service documentation, and compliance reports in accordance with quality and metrology standards.
Monitor calibration data and trends, communicate findings to relevant teams, and escalate complex issues to technical support as needed.
Support laboratory and service center operations by maintaining calibration standards, test equipment, and measurement and test equipment (M&TE) while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
6 months to 2+ years of experience in calibration, metrology, electronics repair, or test equipment support.
Strong understanding of metrology principles (ISO/IEC 17025), calibration processes, and troubleshooting electronic test and measurement equipment to the component level.
Experience using automated test systems, maintaining calibration documentation, and performing repair, maintenance, and customer support activities in a service center or laboratory environment.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
