We are seeking a responsible and efficient crew member/cake decorator to work 20+ hours weekly. The role involves decorating high-quality cakes while also assisting at the counter to serve customers.
**You must first train to work the counter, handling ice cream and beverage orders, before focusing on cake decorating.**
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service
- Decorate ice cream cakes and fulfill custom cake orders
- Maintain a fully stocked cake display and track inventory
- Use supplies responsibly and uphold product freshness and sanitation standards
- Serve customers ice cream and beverages as needed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
- Pay attention to detail and assist with other duties in a team environment
- Maintain a clean work area
**Qualifications:**
- Cake decorating experience REQUIRED
- Reliable scheduling and attendance
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
