We are seeking full and part-time cake decorators to join our team of cake artists. The role involves designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, working closely with customers, preparing ingredients, and overseeing the cake operation.
Essential duties include packaging, maintaining display refrigerators, staying current with flavor and aesthetic trends, fulfilling special orders, delivering cakes, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
Ideal candidates should be courteous, artistic, skilled with decorating tools, and demonstrate manual dexterity and customer service excellence. The position requires standing for long periods and executing elaborate designs, with flexible hours and independent work.
