Candidates must first train to work the counter, handling ice cream and beverage orders, before taking on managerial duties.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and supply ordering.
- Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring excellent customer service and a "Guest First" culture.
- Decorate cakes, fulfill custom orders, and maintain display standards.
- Ensure product freshness, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Work as part of a team, paying attention to detail and organization.
- Maintain reliable attendance, especially evenings and weekends.
- Work schedule primarily days with potential tips as supplemental pay.
