The candidate must first train on counter service, handling ice cream and beverages, before decorating cakes and managing the store.
Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, communicating expectations, supervising team members, providing excellent customer service, decorating cakes, fulfilling custom orders, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and supporting team development. The position requires attention to detail, sanitation standards, and teamwork.
Qualifications include prior cake decorating experience, reliable attendance, and availability on evenings and weekends.
