The Cake Decorator is responsible for decorating all ordered cakes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
They maintain presentable shelves, control product freshness, and accurately wrap, package, and price items.
Additional duties include cleaning, sanitation, greeting customers, and providing prompt service.
Supplemental functions involve answering phones, taking special orders, and assisting in baking when needed.
Must have strong communication, dexterity, and previous cake decorating experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read/write for tagging products is required.
This role reports to the Bakery Manager and follows company policies.
