We are searching for a full-time Pastry Cook/Cake Decorator to join our Food & Beverage team Downtown. We are looking for a team player with a passion for pastry arts who is eager to contribute their skills to an elite culinary team.
Cake Decorator/Pastry Cook Responsibilities:
Prepares and plates desserts for banquets and restaurant.
Stacks cakes.
Decorates wedding cakes.
Organizes production schedule of cakes.
Maintains inventory and storage of product.
Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations.
Performs other related duties as required.
Cake Decorator/Pastry Cook Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and food sanitation.
Must have organizational skills.
Must have open availability including holidays and weekends.
Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Premium cake decorating skills is a requirement.
