Additional duties may include answering phones, taking special orders, and assisting in baking when needed.
Required skills include strong communication, dexterity, reading and writing ability, cake decorating experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position emphasizes adherence to company policies and providing excellent customer service.
