We are seeking a responsible and efficient Crew Member/Cake Decorator for 20+ hours weekly. The role involves serving customers ice cream and beverages, and decorating cakes to meet high standards.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, decorating cakes, fulfilling custom orders, maintaining stocked displays, tracking supplies, ensuring product freshness and sanitation, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications include cake decorating experience and reliable attendance. Training will be provided for counter service duties. This role is part of a combined coffee, donut, and ice cream shop environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
