We are seeking a responsible and efficient crew member/cake decorator to work 20+ hours weekly. The role involves decorating high-quality cakes, fulfilling custom orders, and maintaining the cake display while adhering to brand standards for freshness and sanitation.
**You must first train to work the counter, serving customers ice cream and beverages, before focusing on cake decorating.**
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Decorate ice cream cakes and fulfill custom orders
- Maintain stocked cake displays and track inventory
- Use supplies conscientiously and ensure product quality
- Prepare and serve ice cream and beverages when needed
- Keep the area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with other duties as assigned and work well in a team
Qualifications:
- Cake decorating experience REQUIRED
- Reliable attendance and scheduling
- Available evenings and weekends
