  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1-3 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience.

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of accounting, gaming, and regulatory requirements, including Title 31.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and advise a team effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Well-developed money handling skills with a proven ability to maintain accuracy.

  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Complete job appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance for the department.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all tribal, federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, including Title 31 regulations.

  • Identify, develop, and implement process efficiencies to improve operations.

  • Creatively resolve guest and employee disputes, escalating issues as needed.

  • Implement and oversee the casino''s rewards program.

  • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and paperwork.

  • Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, complete staff closeouts, and verify cash deposits.

  • Verify funds at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Ensure currency transaction information is provided to applicable departments for reporting.

  • Write checks for winnings over set thresholds and distribute required paperwork.

  • Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all casinos and guest information.

  • Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
