Core Responsibilities:
Ensure all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls and procedures are
being followed.
Validation and payment of guest vouchers.
Process tax paperwork for jackpots.
Make change for guests.
Maintain a safe work and guest environment.
Treats each person, guest, or associate as an individual and in a professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Good communication skills.
Able to stand for the duration of shift.
Must role model company guest service program
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license
Must have previous experience working with and managing large amounts of money.
Weekends, Holidays and swing shifts will be required.
Other
Intermediate computer skills, including e-mail, word, excel spreadsheets, data input and record
keeping.
Basic Math skills, addition and subtraction.
Able to lift 30 pounds frequently.
