We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cage Cashier to join our team at The Point Casino & Hotel. In this vital guest-facing role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, supporting daily cage operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Support the daily reconciliation of Cage paperwork
Exchange checks, chips, and money orders for cash
Deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining positive employee relations
Work as part of a team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Handle large sums of money with accuracy and accountability
Follow directions, complete assigned tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs
What We're Looking For:
At least six months of cash-handling experience
Banking experience preferred but not required
Friendly, outgoing customer service approach
Strong math skills and ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work all shifts including graveyard shifts and weekends
High school diploma or GED equivalent
