Responsibilities include communicating policies to staff, managing profit/loss, scheduling, training, evaluating employees, maintaining food quality and inventory, ensuring HACCP compliance, handling financial records, managing cash procedures, transporting supplies, and supporting program participation.
Qualifications require a high school diploma, two years of food service experience, supervisory experience, a certified Food Service Manager license, and a valid driver’s license.
