The Hilton Santa Barbara is hiring for a Cafeteria Cook. If you have 6 months of culinary experience or are a recent culinary school graduate, this role is the perfect position to learn and grow within the hospiatity industry!

Schedule: Availability from 6:30am-2:30pm required including weekends and holidays.

• Prepare high-quality dishes: Cook menu items for the team member cafeteria according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience: Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently to provide team members with timely, satisfying meals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Manage inventory needs: Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
