Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food/baked goods, serving utensils, sanitation principals, applicable to food/baked goods, serving and kitchen maintenance. -Ability to learn computerized cashiering essential. -Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card. NO TESTING All candidates are required to submit to pre hire screening including: Criminal DOJ background check, and provide a negative TB within the last year.
