Qualifications & Experience:

You do NOT need years of food & beverage experience to succeed here.

If you’re a strong people leader with hospitality, retail, attractions, restaurant, entertainment, or customer service leadership experience — we can teach the café side.

 What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll lead a small café team inside the attraction while helping create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Your day may include:

Coaching and motivating team members
Jumping in during busy rushes
Supporting food & beverage operations
Helping manage inventory and supplies
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards
Delivering great guest experiences
Supporting daily operations as Manager on Duty
Celebrating team wins and building morale

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a “sit in the office” position.

 What We’re Looking For

We’re most interested in candidates with:
Leadership or shift lead experience
Strong communication skills
Hospitality, retail, attractions, restaurant, or entertainment experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Weekend and holiday availability

Bonus Points If You Have:

Café or food service experience
Food safety certification
Experience leading in high-volume guest environments
