The Café Lead oversees shift operations and guides Team Members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards.
- Support proper execution of processes, ensure correct deliveries, and manage storage to minimize waste.
- Manage and train team members in menu preparation, front-of-house duties, and hygiene standards.
- Set a positive example for punctuality, attitude, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Handle guest concerns in the absence of the Café Manager and participate in staff meetings and training.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, food handling certification, and prior food and beverage experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate leadership, communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills, and be adaptable to a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements include working varied shifts, standing long periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
