Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to patrons.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is well-kept.
- Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations on coffee and food selections.
- Process payments accurately and operate a cash register proficiently.
- Work closely with the other staff to provide prompt service of food, pastries, and drinks to customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure food and beverages meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols is an advantage.
