Cafe Attendant

Jim Click Automotive has an opportunity for a full time Café Attendant to join their team!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide friendly and quality customer service at all times.
2. Responsible for the cleanliness of the café’; keeping the lobby free of clutter, pushing chairs in, sanitizing tables, keeping the kitchen clean throughout the day.
3. Maintain coffee bar, weighing out coffee, keeping it stocked and clean.
4. Prepping sandwich bar for lunch; slicing and weighing all sandwich ingredients.
5. Preparation of all ingredients for salads.
6. Prepare freeze base drinks.
7. Serving drinks, sandwiches and salads in a friendly and efficeient manner/
8. Accurately collect and process customer payments.
9. Washing and putting away dishes throughout the day.
10. Inventory and restocking of supplies.
11. End of Day Paperwork.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Math and English reading and speaking skills sufficient to perform job duties (approximately at 1Oth grade general education level).
2. Consistent, regular, and timely attendance as scheduled.
3. Record information (taken by phone or in person) accurately.
4. Recall and/or follow oral directions accurately.
5. Converse personably and cordially with a diverse population.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without forgetting assignments and/or priorities.
7. Ability to work in consistently demanding situations, with most tasks considered urgent while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor at all times.
8. Experience in a Food Service environment a plus.

ALL CANDIDATES:

1. Pass observed and SAMHSA certified drug screen.
2. Present documents to certify eligibility to work.
3. Have work history verified as accurate.
