Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction counseling or related field.
- Strong understanding of substance abuse treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of community resources and referral processes.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings if required.
