  • Maintain organized digital drawing sets and file management systems for multiple projects.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and HOA requirements as applicable.
  • Incorporate high-end detailing, custom finishes, and bespoke features into drawing sets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in CAD drafting, ideally in high-end residential or custom home design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, architectural detailing, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury residential markets such as the Hamptons, Beverly Hills, Aspen, Palm Beach, or Manhattan.
  • Familiarity with interior millwork packages, bespoke kitchen and bath layouts, and custom furniture detailing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of residential building codes, permitting requirements, and local agency submittal standards.
