CAD Technician
Location: Bellevue, Washington (On-site)

Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a CAD Technician with a focus on Telecoms and Low Voltage Systems Design to join a global team. The successful candidate will work on AutoCAD and Revit-based design for IT networking infrastructure projects for data centers and fulfillment centers. This role involves executing design projects from intake to production, updating standard details, and collaborating with project management to establish BIM requirements and standards.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in CAD design. The compensation will be commensurate with experience as follows:
• 0-2 years of experience
• 3-5 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in both 2D and 3D environments.
• Experience with BIM360 for model sharing and collaboration.
• Familiarity with blocks, elements, families, and template creation.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract position requiring on-site presence 4-5 days a week in Bellevue, WA. The role operates during core business hours, Monday through Friday, with no overtime expected. You will be part of the OpsTech Design Execution team, a global group focused on design for IT networking infrastructure projects.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour, based on years of experience.
