How you’ll make an impact
- Produce precise 2D and 3D CAD drawings from requirements, sketches, and design intent.
- Partner with engineers and project managers to validate feasibility and accuracy.
- Iterate quickly—review and revise drawings to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals.
- Maintain organized, searchable records of drawings and revision histories.
- Use CAD tools to create clear visualizations that guide fabrication and construction.
- Help develop and refine drafting standards and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings to report progress and resolve design challenges.
What you bring
- Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fluency with CAD platforms such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Solid grounding in engineering and architectural fundamentals.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies; prior drafting/design experience preferred but not required.
