Our client is a well-established design and cabinetry company specializing in high-end residential interiors. They are looking for a sales-driven professional to expand their B2B partnerships within the architecture and interior design community while supporting cabinetry design and project execution.
Job Summary
Seeking a B2B Sales
Design Consultant with strong architecture/interior design industry connections in the Philadelphia market to develop new business opportunities and support cabinetry design projects.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum
2 years of B2B sales experience
specifically within the
Philadelphia architecture and interior design industry.
Established network of architects, interior designers, builders, and related industry professionals.
Proven ability to build and grow a B2B sales pipeline.
2–5 years of experience in interior design, kitchen design, cabinetry, or building materials sales.
Experience managing professional client relationships and the complete sales cycle.
Proficiency with
SketchUp
(Required).
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for local client/site visits.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Cabinetry design and detailing experience.
Experience with estimating, pricing, contracts, and project coordination.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac environment.
Generate new B2B business through networking and strategic partnerships.
Conduct discovery calls, showroom consultations, and client site visits.
Design, detail, and price custom cabinetry solutions.
Coordinate installation quotes with the Project Management team.
Prepare contracts and manage project payments.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Support showroom operations, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
Client's Mandatory Requirement
Only submit candidates with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience within the Philadelphia architecture and interior design industry.
Cabinetry design experience is a plus, but the client will only consider candidates who already have a strong industry network and a proven ability to generate new business and build a B2B sales pipeline.
