What You'll Be Doing (and Learning): * Assisting our skilled Installers with on-site installations of custom closet and storage systems. * Learning proper installation techniques, tool usage, and client interaction. * Loading, unloading, and safely carrying materials (up to 50 pounds) to the job site. * Preparing the work area and maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tools and the company vehicle. * Adhering to all safety standards and using required protective gear.
