We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage complex customer accounts, develop sales strategies, and provide tailored product solutions.
- Represent the company during sales processes, understanding customer needs and preparing proposals.
- Develop contracts for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, coordinating with clients and technical staff.
- Handle complex field issues and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Research and attract new customers, maintaining ongoing communication about products and services.
- Lead training efforts for less experienced sales staff and act as Sales Manager in their absence.
- Prepare reports, enhance industry knowledge, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience, strong sales and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license.
