Cabinet & Countertop Manufacturing Associate
Alliance Industrial is hiring a Cabinet & Countertop Manufacturing Associate in Warren, OH.

This is a full-time, first-shift manufacturing position working with cabinets and countertops. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on candidate who can read a tape measure and has some experience using hand tools and power tools.

Cabinet and countertop experience is not required. We will train the right person. If you are reliable, motivated, comfortable working with tools, and willing to learn, this is a great opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills.
Job Details
Position: Cabinet & Countertop Manufacturing Associate
Location: Warren, OH
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: First shift
Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production, assembly, and finishing of cabinets and countertops

  • Learn cabinet and countertop manufacturing processes through hands-on training

  • Measure, cut, sand, prep, and handle materials

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely

  • Help assemble cabinets, countertops, and related components

  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and appearance

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials

  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

  • Follow work orders, measurements, drawings, and supervisor instructions

  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

  • Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements

  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately

  • Must have some experience using hand tools and power tools

  • Must be dependable and punctual

  • Must be willing to learn and receive hands-on training

  • Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures

  • Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical work

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as needed

  • Strong attention to detail preferred
Training Provided
We provide hands-on training for reliable candidates who are ready to learn. You do not need cabinet or countertop manufacturing experience to be considered.

You will learn how to support production, handle materials, assist with assembly, use shop equipment safely, and understand the steps involved in manufacturing cabinets and countertops.
