KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Cabinet Builders / Installers to join our Cabinet Shop. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity to build custom cabinetry for high-quality manufactured homes in a fast-paced production environment.

Beginning August 31, 2026, eligible production employees will transition to a NEW Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while maintaining full-time pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and assemble cabinets and components for manufactured homes
  • Install cabinets and set units in homes according to specifications
  • Assist with countertop building and installation
  • Operate table saws, upcut saws, and panel saw equipment
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to complete builds accurately
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and production standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous cabinet, woodworking, or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Experience with table saws or similar equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Schedule

Until August 28, 2026
  • Monday–Friday
  • Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • After Training: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Overtime and occasional Saturdays as production requires
Beginning August 31, 2026
  • Monday–Thursday
  • 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Three-Day Weekends Every Week!
