Furniture Medic is a small shop environment. We hire skilled fabricators and craftsman to help repair and build cabinets and furniture items associated with insurance claims and moving related damages claims.
Requirements:
Must have experience building cabinets, face frames, doors and drawers.
A complete understanding and experience in usage of cabinet shop machinery to include:
Table Saws
Sanders
Planers
Shapers
and hand/power tools.
The ability to design jigs as needed for woodworking machines to do custom door rail designs.
The ability to create material lists.
Responsibilities:
Oversee cabinet projects from beginning to end.
Manage all shop processes related to cabinet building and repair tasks.
Maintain a clean shop work space.
Follow all company filed procedures and protocols.
Maintain neatly groomed appearance, per employee handbook.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
