CAB Relationship Sales Officer (HOA Community Banking)

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking. Payment, Loan and Account Processing - Works with internal business partners including Account Management and servicing groups to set up new customers, complete paperwork and submit payment, loan, and new account packages.

Overview:

This position is responsible for the growth and management of Community Association Banking (CAB) portfolios of regional account clients, and other accounts as assigned. Drives growth through direct sales and support of Homeowners Association (HOA) products and services. Develops influential relationships with clients and bankers to generate sales opportunities. Ensures compliance with bank policies and practices and regulatory statutes.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management - Develops and manages influential relationships within client segment/channel to create sales and referral opportunities. Creates valuable relationships with business line decision makers and key stakeholders. Strengthens and manages existing relationships through regular (minimum quarterly) in-person and virtual visits and troubleshooting lockbox and other technical and service issues. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs. Manages customer relationships, referring sales partners or other associates as appropriate to carry sales relationships and opportunities to completion. Attends and participates in HOA staff meetings.
• Sales & Marketing - Sells HOA products and services and generates deposit, loan and payments relationships. Participates in CAI chapters and industry events. Maintains knowledge of banking products and services as well as knowledge of the industry and market areas served. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends to further identify and service the customers' needs.
• Payment, Loan and Account Processing - Works with internal business partners including Account Management and servicing groups to set up new customers, complete paperwork and submit payment, loan, and new account packages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking

License or Certification Type: Valid driver's license Required
