Job ID: 8500 Date Posted: June 24, 2026   Space Dynamics Laboratory's (SDL's) C4ISR Systems Division is looking for a leader to serve as the Software Integrity Functional Manager, overseeing this specialized technical discipline within the C4ISR functional matrix to support the Division's mission and customers. This role reports directly to the C4ISR Senior Technical Manager and balances responsibilities for day-to-day resource allocation, process improvement, and staff development while maintaining a hands-on technical role to contribute to program success.   A Functional Manager leads a specialized technical discipline within the division, handling day-to-day resource allocation, process improvement, and staff development, while also contributing technically to programs. This position will cover up to 25% of the successful candidate's time on an overhead account. Their remaining time will need to be covered by continued technical work on programs.   The Software Integrity Functional Manager provides functional leadership and oversight for Software Test, Test Engineering, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), and DevSecOps teams. This role is responsible for establishing quality standards, testing strategies, automation practices, security integration, and continuous delivery processes across software development efforts.
