Manager - National Accounts
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full Time
Description: The Manager, National accounts, is responsible for growing company sales by utilizing current Bama Capabilities and performance Metrics. Accountable for all aspects of the customer they are directly dealing with. Communicate effectively internally with the rest of the organization on what the needs of those customers are and effectively drive the business to be able to complete those actions. Accountable for growth and maintaining a profitable business within and the current National QSR's (prospecting), c-store, Retail and foodservice customer segments. Actively defines and establishes Business Execution Projects goals and initiatives. Ensures clear understanding with their director of the company's Mission, Vision and annual business plans. Ensures that the organization achieves maximum profitability and capacity utilization aligned with Bama's Capabilities. Deploy Broker relationship management and financial tracking for new and existing accounts. Review Scorecards and maintain routine communication calls with Director of National Accounts.

Job Requirements:
Education/Certification Requirements:
4-year college Degree
2-3 years of sales and/or Managerial experience
Food service pricing / finance - broadline distribution
QSR / Foodservice Customer account Management experience
Account Management Experience/Knowledge
Required Skills:
Travel Required Up to 70% of the time
Must be in Tulsa or Move to Tulsa
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
