Bowhead is seeking to network with individuals to join our team for our proposal effort toprovide engineering services to the NSWCDD Maritime Warfare Control Systems Division (H20) for the development of Maritime Command and Control systems, Warfare/Weapons Control systems, and future warfare development.

Responsibilities

We are seeking talented individuals to fill various positions for an upcoming opportunity at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Our team will focus on Technical Project Management Support, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Test and Evaluation, System and Software Integration Support, Software Life-Cycle Support and Integrated Logistics Support, Engineering Life Cycle Support, Cybersecurity, Configuration Management (CM), Lab and Facilities Support, and Technical Writing Support.

Qualifications

  • Degrees and experience levels required will vary upon position and contract requirements at time of award
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 to 25 pounds 
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
