The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Buyer to support the purchasing of materials and components that keep our operations running. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, at the right cost, and meet quality expectations.
 
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
What You’ll Do:
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
  • Create, place, and manage purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and order status
  • Track open orders and ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and support material planning needs
  • Resolve order, shipment, and invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP systems
  • Partner with production, engineering, and finance teams
  • Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with cost savings and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Administrative Support (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Bonus: Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
