Proactively contact current and previous customers to encourage service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations, recalls, and service specials
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
Build strong, ongoing customer relationships to increase repeat business
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
Collaborate with service advisors and management to meet department goals
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and digital communication
