HHMR is a boutique litigation firm representing builders, developers, and contractors throughout Colorado in complex construction defect and casualty matters. We are seeking two motivated Litigation Associates with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join our busy team.

Our attorneys have direct contact with clients, take depositions, draft and argue motions, work with experts, and participate in case strategy from intake to resolution. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required, but a genuine interest in this area of law is a must. Strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. $110,000+ yearly, increasing depending on experience

• Lead and manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, leveraging your legal acumen to advocate effectively for clients.
• Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts to gather critical case information.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives and legal needs.
• Participate actively in settlement negotiations, aiming for favorable outcomes that meet client expectations.
• Research and analyze legal precedents to support case strategies and enhance litigation outcomes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment at HHMR.
