Busser responsibilities:
Engage with each customer to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
Greet table within two minutes of arrival and fill waters
Make rounds in assigned areas to ensure waters are always full
Clear courses as all guests are finished or when a guest has moved plates to the side
Clear and reset tables as guests leave
Polish silverware and complete side jobs as necessary
Assist servers in bringing meals to the table
Work cooperatively with all front of house, back of house, hotel and theater staff to maintain a positive work environment at all times
Busser requirements:
Availability to work varied hours/days
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift and carry heavy plates, boxes and dining room tables and chairs when necessary
All of our bussers work weekdays, weekends, and a holidays
