Busser Restaurant (Martorano's Full-Time)

Job Description: Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and friendly Martorano's Busser to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Bus tables and maintain side stations efficiently
• Serve beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and water
• Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism
• Follow management's directives at all times
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levels
• Empty trash and stock bus carts as necessary
• Return dirty tableware to the kitchen
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Requires prolonged standing and walking
• Requires mobility
• Requires bending and reaching from floor level to 6 ft.
• Requires lifting up to 40lbs
• Requires transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering carts weighing up to 75 lbs through crowded areas
• Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal hearing and normal vision
• Requires the use of electrical equipment
• Requires regular, predictable
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
